Refund policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
As all items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing expectations, or general dissatisfaction.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, you must contact us at stylemydolls@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
- Items that are not damaged or incorrect
Important Notes
- We sell doll clothes only. Dolls are not included.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
