Welcome to Style My Dolls. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be of legal age in your country to use this site or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. PRODUCTS

All products are handmade and made to order doll clothing. Dolls are not included.

Due to the handmade nature:

  • Slight variations in color, fit, and finish may occur

  • These variations are not considered defects

We do not guarantee exact replication of product images.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

No cancellations or changes are allowed once an order is placed

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Prices are listed at checkout and may change without notice

  • Prices do not include shipping or applicable international charges (customs, duties, taxes)

  • Customers are responsible for any import fees in their country

5. SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

We ship worldwide. We do not offer local delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We only accept returns for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

Conditions:

Important:

  • No returns for change of mind, sizing expectations, or dissatisfaction

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

  • Customers pay return shipping

  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted

Refunds:

  • Processed within 10 business days after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. ACCOUNTS

You may checkout as a guest or create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security

  • Providing accurate information

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (images, designs, branding) belongs to Style My Dolls.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell our designs

  • Use our content without permission

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, shipping services).

We are not responsible for:

  • Their services

  • Any issues arising from their platforms

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Shipping delays or losses caused by carriers

  • Variations due to handmade production

All products and services are provided “as is”.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
